Mid Year Meeting in Seattle
Our midyear meetings were held in conjunction with the 3rd Urban Street Symposium, June 24-27, 2007 (www.urbanstreet.info). Kay Fitzpatrick, Jim Gattis and team put on a great conference, including several access management sessions and papers.
Teleconference

Every three months, there is a national Access Management Teleconference for professionals. The teleconference is about an hour in duration and is a forum for those involved in access management to share information and ideas. For further information on upcoming teleconferences or to place a topic on the agenda contact Phil Demosthenes. |
Training

TrainingThose interested in obtaining training in access management should consider the three-day short course 'Access Management, Location and Design (Course #133078), which is offered by the National Highway Institute (NHI). An electronic copy of the materials from past NHI courses have been included in the Access Management CD Library. |

The national access management conferences are held once every two years. These conferences are an opportunity to get the latest information on access management and to share experiences and advice with others involved in access management. Hosting a national access management conference is an excellent way to stimulate interest about access management in your state and region.
